Official Meta APIs only

The Graph API, and the WhatsApp Cloud API next. Never an unofficial client — those are what get a merchant’s number banned for good.

Bangla · Banglish · English

Customers type all three, often in one message. Your catalog is searchable in all three, so all three find the product.

Zero unverified figures

Every price and stock number is checked against your database before the message is allowed to leave. Not a prompt instruction — a gate in the code.

How it works

Selling by tonight, not by next quarter.

There is no integration project here. You connect a Page, you bring the things you sell, and the inbox starts answering.

  1. 1

    Connect your Page

One click with Facebook. No Meta dashboard, no developer account, no business verification, no webhook to configure. You never see a Meta interface.

  2. 2

    Bring your catalog

Upload a spreadsheet, add products by hand, or sync the WooCommerce or Shopify shop you already run. Names in Bangla, Banglish and English all point at the same product.

  3. 3

    It starts selling

It answers, quotes, confirms, takes stock and books the delivery fee — and hands the conversation to you the moment a person is actually needed.

The validation gate

The assistant is allowed to be wrong. The message is not.

Any language model will eventually invent a number. So no draft it writes is trusted: every outbound message is checked against the database on its way out, and a figure your catalog does not support never reaches the customer. The draft is rewritten, or a person takes over.

Draft written by the assistant

জি আছে, ১,১৫০ টাকা।

PriceStockValidationGate — blocked

Draft said ৳1,150. The catalog says ৳1,250. The send is refused before it leaves the building.

What the customer saw

জি আছে। সুতির কুর্তা — ১,২৫০ টাকা।

Every send passes seven of these

ChannelConnectedGate
Sending on a Page whose token is gone
MessagingWindowGate
Sending after 24 hours without a message tag
PrivateReplyPolicyGate
A second private reply to the same comment
FillerGate
“ok”, “noted” and emoji-only replies
MessageCapGate
Running past its per-conversation budget
PriceStockValidationGate
Any price or stock the catalog cannot support
QuotaGate
Sending past your plan’s allowance

These are classes, not prompt instructions. Nothing a customer writes and nothing the model decides can talk its way past them.

The rest of the shop

One ledger behind every counter.

Chat, your website and the till in your shop all sell the same stock. They all move it through the same ledger, so the moment something sells anywhere, the assistant stops offering it.

A shared inbox with handover

The assistant hands over the moment a person is needed, and hands back when you are done. Staff see the whole thread, and message tags keep you able to reply outside the 24-hour window.

The counter

A point of sale built into the dashboard. A walk-in sale takes stock through the same ledger a chat order does, and charges no delivery fee, because nothing is being delivered.

Your website, in sync

WooCommerce, Shopify, or your own shop through a generic connection. You say which system owns stock, and only that one writes it — the way a shop avoids overselling the same shirt twice.

Orders that survive retries

Meta retries anything slow, and retries are how duplicate orders happen. A webhook replayed three times still produces one message and one order.

Yours alone

Every query is scoped to your shop by construction, not by a filter somebody remembered to write. A missing scope fails loudly instead of leaking a row.

An API for your own shop front

A REST API with tokens that belong to the shop rather than the employee who set it up — so your integration outlives their notice period.

A website of your own

A shop front we host and you lay out, selling from this same catalogue. A sale on the site takes stock through the same ledger, so the assistant stops offering what the site just sold.

Coupons, credit and returns

Discount codes spent at confirmation and never before, store credit the shop actually owes, and returns that put the shelf and the refund back where they belong without rewriting the order.

The back-in-stock list

“Ashbe kobe?” becomes a promise the system keeps. Everyone who asked for a sold-out product is told the moment it is back — and the list is the best restocking advice you will get.

WhatsApp is next, on the official Cloud API. The allowances above are already reserved for it; Messenger is being finished properly first.

The questions merchants actually ask.

Will this get my Page or my number banned?

No. Everything runs on Meta’s official Graph API, and WhatsApp will run on the official Cloud API. Tools built on whatsapp-web.js, Baileys or browser automation are what get numbers banned permanently, and none of them is used here. Ever.

Do I need a developer account or business verification?

Not to start. You sign up, click connect, and pick your Page from the Facebook dialog. You never open a Meta dashboard yourself.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It hands the conversation to you and stops. That is also what it does when no AI key is configured at all — a customer is never left unanswered, and a guess is never sent in place of a person.

Can it read a voice message?

Yes. Customers send voice notes constantly; they are transcribed and answered like any other message.

Does it work with the website I already have?

WooCommerce and Shopify connect directly, and anything else can connect generically. You decide which system owns stock, and only that one is allowed to write it.

Who can see my conversations?

You and the staff you invite. Shops are separated at the query level, not by a filter somebody remembered to add, and access tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged.

Your inbox is open at 2am whether you are or not.

Connect your Page and see it answer a real customer tonight. Free for your first 100 conversations, and nothing to cancel if it is not for you.
