Order management for f-commerce
Orders arrive in Messenger, on a comment, on the phone and at the counter. They get written in a khata, copied into Excel, and read out to a courier. Sells Pilot turns each conversation into an order with the right total, keeps every order in one list whatever door it came in by, and follows it to delivered or returned.
Free for 100 conversations a month. No card, and nothing to cancel.
The assistant collects name, phone, address and size, and confirms the order with the customer. Nobody copies anything out of the inbox.
Inside Dhaka one figure, outside another, with free delivery over a threshold if you want it. The customer is quoted the charge you set, every time.
The amount to collect is worked out on the order and printed on its own line of the parcel slip, so a rider never has to add it up.
“Ar ekta dao” adds to the same parcel with one delivery charge; “cancel koren” cancels it — until the parcel is sent. Stock moves back and you are told.
Codes with a minimum, an expiry and a number of uses, and “two or more at ৳545 each” set once on a product. Both apply the same in chat, on your website and at the counter.
Steadfast, Pathao or RedX with one press. The tracking number comes back onto the order, and delivered or returned updates it for you.
Part of a parcel comes back: stock returns to the shelf and the refund is recorded against the order, so the month’s report shows what you actually kept.
Staff handle the inbox, the orders and the counter. Takings and billing stay with the owner.

Yes. The counter in the dashboard takes any sale in person or by phone, and it uses the same stock and the same order list as chat.
Yes. Products, prices and stock sync, and you decide which system owns stock so the same item is never sold twice.
Yes. Every order has a printable slip with the address set large and the cash-on-delivery amount on its own line.
The whole dashboard is available in Bangla, written the way merchants speak — অর্ডার, ডেলিভারি, ক্যাশ — not a formal translation.
Yes. Sells Pilot is built for shops that sell on Facebook in Bangladesh: an order taken in Messenger, on your website or at the counter lands in one list, with the delivery charge for the district and the cash-on-delivery amount worked out. From the order you book the courier and print the parcel slip.
Yes, for a while. Sells Pilot lets a customer add to or cancel an order placed in chat while it is confirmed and you have not started on the parcel. It happens with a tap on a button, never a typed word, and it is refused once a courier is booked or an advance has been paid.
Sells Pilot books Steadfast, Pathao and RedX from the order with one press. The tracking number comes back onto the order, and the courier is checked every hour so delivered or returned updates it for you.
Your first 100 conversations each month are free, with every order feature included. Paid plans are prepaid in taka with bKash or SSLCommerz.
Connect your Page and let the next order write itself.
