A Zatiq alternative for Facebook shops: what the free plan really costs, and what else there is
Zatiq builds online shop websites, and its homepage counter shows about 55,000 active shops. Its free plan is a reasonable way to try a website; the question is what it costs once orders start coming in. Here is what Zatiq’s own pages said on 7 October 2026, the sum worth doing before you upgrade, and the other options open to a Facebook shop.
1. What Zatiq’s free plan includes
Zatiq’s free plan costs nothing and allows 20 products: 10 of your own and 10 resold from Zatiq’s suppliers. It comes with two preset themes, Zatiq SecurePay, marketing pixels and Google Tag Manager, and Zatiq Courier, on a single subdomain. In return Zatiq takes a fee on every order: 5% of physical goods, 10% of digital goods and 3% of resold items.
Ten products of your own is the limit a Facebook shop meets first. A Page that posts a new design every day meets it in under two weeks.
2. When the 5% costs more than a paid plan
Zatiq’s Starter plan, at ৳599 a month, takes no fee on physical goods. So the free plan costs more than Starter once you sell more than ৳11,980 of goods a month through the website: about ten orders of ৳1,200. At a hundred such orders the 5% is ৳6,000 a month, ten times Starter’s price.
Work it out on last month’s website orders. Below about ৳12,000 of goods a month the free plan is the cheaper one; above it, Starter is.
3. What the paid plans add
Starter, at ৳599 a month, allows 500 products and adds unlimited preset themes, your own domain, one free third-party courier and report exports; it still takes 6% of digital orders and 1.9% of resold ones. Pro, at ৳1,099 and marked most popular, allows 2,000 products and adds a theme builder and unlimited free third-party couriers. Growth, at ৳2,499, removes the product limit.
If you want your own domain, a theme builder or Zatiq’s resell catalogue, those are good reasons to stay and upgrade.
4. The inbox is still yours to answer
A Facebook shop takes most of its orders in Messenger, one “dam koto?” at a time. Zatiq’s homepage and pricing page, as we read them, do not mention answering Messenger or Instagram messages: Zatiq covers the website, payments and delivery. If the inbox is where your day goes, you will need a second tool for it.
Then ask whether the two share one stock count. A website and an inbox that each keep their own is how the last piece gets sold twice: once on the website overnight, and again in Messenger the next morning.
5. Other builders, free and paid
Klytosell is free for up to 15 products, on a subdomain, and says it takes no commission on sales; Basic, at ৳250 a month, allows 50 products and your own domain. Funnelliner prices by orders instead: free under 20 orders a month, then ৳900 a month for up to 500.
DeshiCommerce starts at ৳500 a month for 50 products, after a 7-day trial. StoreX starts at ৳11,880 a year with unlimited products, or a one-time ৳5,000 offer for two years. SeloraX combines an online store with an AI agent for the Messenger inbox from its ৳2,999 Starter plan; its ৳1,499 Basic plan has no Messenger AI.

6. If you decide to move
Move between two campaigns, not in the middle of one. Have your product photos and prices to hand, and post the new address on your Page so regular customers can find it. Old links stop working when the old shop closes, so change the link in your Page’s About section and your Instagram bio the same day.
Sells Pilot includes a shop website on every plan, the free one too, with no product limit and no commission on orders. It is built from the catalogue the assistant answers your Messenger and Instagram inbox from, in Bangla or English, so a website order and a chat order come out of one stock and land in one list of orders. It lives on an address of its own with us; using a domain you own is not available yet.
