What we handle

Sells Pilot lets a business reply to its Facebook Page messages. When someone messages a business using Sells Pilot, we process the message content, the page-scoped identifier Facebook assigns to that person, and their public profile name and picture, so the business can answer and fulfil orders.

Why we hold it

Message history is kept so a conversation makes sense to whoever picks it up, and so order details can be confirmed later. Delivery addresses and phone numbers are held to fulfil orders placed in the conversation.

Who can see it

Only the business you messaged, and our staff when supporting that business. Data is never sold, and never shared between businesses using Sells Pilot.

Deleting your data

Remove Sells Pilot from your Facebook settings and we will delete the data we hold about you. You will receive a confirmation code and a status page. You can also write to the contact address below.
