About Sells Pilot

Sells Pilot is f-commerce software for Bangladesh: an assistant that answers Messenger and Instagram from the shop’s own catalogue and takes orders, a free shop website, and orders, courier booking, stock and the counter in one place, selling from one stock count.

What it is, and what it is not

Software a shop runs: the assistant, the inbox, the catalogue, the orders, the shop website and the counter, in one dashboard.
Built for Facebook and Instagram sellers in Bangladesh. The assistant reads Bangla, Banglish and English, and the dashboard is in Bangla and English.

Not a courier. Sells Pilot books parcels with the couriers a shop already uses; it does not carry them.
Not a marketplace. Each shop sells its own products to its own customers, from its own Page and its own website.
Not SellingPilot or SalesPilot. Sells Pilot has no connection to either.

How it works underneath

It runs on Meta’s official APIs. Never an unofficial client or browser automation.
Every price and stock figure in a reply is checked in code against the catalogue before it is sent. A reply with a figure that does not match is never sent: the customer gets a holding reply and the shop is told.
