The service

Sells Pilot connects a merchant's Facebook Page to an assistant that answers customer messages and helps take orders. Merchants remain responsible for the products they sell, the prices they publish and the orders they fulfil.

Accounts and billing

Plans are prepaid in Bangladeshi taka. Sending pauses when a plan's allowance is used up, and resumes when the account is topped up or upgraded.

Acceptable use

Merchants must comply with Meta's platform policies, including the rules on messaging windows and message tags. Accounts used to send unsolicited messages will be suspended.

Availability

The service depends on Meta's APIs. We are not liable for interruptions caused by changes on Meta's side, and we do not guarantee message delivery.
