Facebook Page auto reply tools in Bangladesh, compared (2026)

· 4 min read

Every Facebook shop in Bangladesh eventually needs help with its inbox, and there are now more tools than anybody has time to try. This guide compares the ones Bangladeshi Pages use, from Meta’s free tools to AI agents that reply in Bangla, with prices from each tool’s own pages as read on 7 October 2026. Prices change, so check them before you pay.

1. What Meta gives you free

Meta Business Suite, free with a Facebook Page, has automated responses in its inbox: replies you write in advance. A reply written in advance cannot look up whether a size is in stock. For a Page with a handful of messages a day and somebody to answer them, that is enough.

2. What separates the paid tools

Three questions sort them quickly. Does it understand Bangla and Banglish? Does it answer from your real prices and stock, or from text you typed in? And does it take the order, or only answer the question?

Then the practical ones: what it costs at your volume, whether you pay in taka or dollars, and whether it runs on Meta’s official API.

3. ManyChat

A flow builder: keyword triggers, buttons and comment-to-message campaigns. Since April 2026 its free plan covers 25 active contacts a month, with no AI. AI starts on Pro at $29 a month billed yearly, or $39 monthly, for 2,500 contacts. It says its AI understands all major languages but does not name Bangla. Priced in dollars.

4. Chatfuel

Another global builder, covering Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. The free plan only replies to comments. AI chat starts on Business at $20 a month, or $18 billed yearly, with $20 of AI credits a month, and each AI reply spends credits. Its AI answers from a product catalogue you type into its knowledge base and cannot read a spreadsheet. It claims more than 15 languages without naming Bangla.

5. Pagewala

A Bangladeshi AI sales agent for Facebook Pages, and the closest like-for-like option. The free Starter plan gives one Page 500 AI messages a month; Pro is ৳1,499 a month for three Pages and 10,000 messages, and Business ৳3,999. It detects the customer’s language and answers Banglish in Banglish. It works on Messenger only for now, with Instagram and WhatsApp listed as coming. No shop website.

6. SeloraX

A Bangladeshi store platform with an AI agent built in. The AI replies in Bangla, English or Banglish and checks live stock, and every plan includes an online store with your own domain. The AI starts on the Starter plan at ৳2,999 a month: the ৳1,499 Basic plan has no Messenger AI. There is a free trial, but no free plan.

7. Insaf AI

An AI chatbot for Messenger, WhatsApp and website chat that says it understands Bangla. You upload products with their photos, prices and stock. Plans start at ৳799 for 30 days, with 800 messages and 50 products, and Advance is ৳1,799 for 2,000 messages. A three-day trial includes 30 messages.

8. Jadubot

A Bangladeshi chatbot and marketing tool for Facebook and Instagram. Its free plan includes 1,000 message credits a month, and paid plans start at ৳1,000 a month, with WhatsApp on Premium at ৳3,000. Jadubot’s own articles say it supports Bangla and English. No shop website.

9. How to choose

Count a normal week of messages and multiply by four: that is the number to price against. Then take ten real messages from your inbox, including the Banglish ones and a voice note, and send them to each tool on its trial. The one that answers most of them correctly, with the right price, is the one to pay for.

Stay away from any tool that asks for your Facebook password or works through a browser extension: tools that log in as you are what get Pages restricted. A tool on Meta’s official API never needs your password.

Sells Pilot is a Bangladeshi alternative to all of these. It understands Bangla, Banglish and English and replies in Bangla or English, answers voice notes, checks every price and stock figure against your catalogue before a reply is sent, and takes the order with the delivery charge for the district. It answers Messenger and Instagram on Meta’s official API, includes a free shop website that sells from the same stock, and starts free.
