Sells Pilot is not Steadfast and does not carry parcels. It books them on the Steadfast account you already have.
Each of these comes from your Steadfast merchant panel. Paste them into the Couriers screen in Sells Pilot.
Steadfast works out the pickup from your account, so there is nothing else to set.

Yes. Sells Pilot books parcels on your own Steadfast account from the order and checks their status every hour. It is not Steadfast and has no arrangement with it.

Steadfast’s published rate, read on 7 October 2026, is ৳75 inside Dhaka and ৳135 outside Dhaka for a 1 kg parcel (VAT excluded). Cash on delivery is 1% of the amount collected after the delivery charge, and Steadfast says it does not charge for returns. Your contract rate may differ.
