Connect the Pathao merchant account you already have, and a confirmed order becomes a Pathao parcel without typing it into a second panel.
Sells Pilot is not Pathao and does not carry parcels. It books them on the Pathao account you already have.
Each of these comes from your Pathao merchant panel. Paste them into the Couriers screen in Sells Pilot.
Pathao will not take a parcel without one of your Pathao stores to pick it up from, so set up a store in Pathao first.

Yes. Sells Pilot books parcels on your own Pathao account from the order and checks their status every hour. It is not Pathao and has no arrangement with it.
Your Client id, Client secret, Merchant account email, Merchant account password, Pickup store id, from your Pathao merchant panel. Pathao also needs a store set up there to pick parcels up from.
Pathao’s published rate, read on 7 October 2026, is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka for a 1 kg parcel (VAT excluded). Cash on delivery is 1%, and a return costs 50% of the delivery charge except inside Dhaka metro. Your contract rate may differ.
